To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間樓上新派素食餐廳有小露台,坐在戶外用餐感覺慢活。🍽️ 濃湯豆腐擔擔麵配紅油炒手湯底都重花生醬味,不過無一般擔擔麵湯底咁杰身,食落亦無咁濟,麵條掛湯力好強,加入豆腐、菌類做配料。🍽️ 韓式粉絲伴野菜飯卷粉絲吸收了香濃醬油又不油膩,加入紅蘿蔔絲、芽菜、木耳等配料,面頭灑上芝麻。飯卷其實就係輕盈版韓式紫菜包飯,裏面配料有青瓜、醃黃蘿蔔、素餐肉、蛋。以上Lunch set各包兩款前菜:麻醬菠菜、韓式大豆芽、醋香雲耳、麵醬青瓜。小碟涼菜惹味又開胃,亦好有心思。🍽️ 紅咖哩雜菜天貝配蒟蒻麵紅咖哩重椰奶味,有點微辣,加入豐富配料:豆腐乾、天貝、小粟米、椰菜頭、小番茄、小紅蘿蔔。配搭低卡健康蒟蒻麵,我第一次食蒟蒻麵,非常爽口彈牙,完全愛上依款麵。今次到訪這間素食餐廳都相當驚喜,食物選擇多,款式新穎,原來素菜都可以不單調。店裏亦有多款不同口味的純素bagel,相當吸引,不過眼闊口窄,今次就無試到。
