快到中秋節,我便約長輩到利寶會館提早慶祝中秋節!餐廳位於中環港鐵站數分鐘路程,位置方便,適合相約一大班子飲茶吃飯。我們這次就淺嚐其中數款菜式,味道均在水準之上。前菜一口和牛酥蟹籽燒賣皇和牛酥層次分明,口感酥脆鬆化,多層酥皮和和牛的搭配卻不油膩。燒賣味道正宗,肉質嫩滑,真是吃多幾顆也可以。湯花膠蜜瓜燉螺頭湯湯底不但很清,而且非常清甜,有花膠、蜜瓜、螺頭、雞肉,滋補養生~蜜瓜的果甜凸顯湯的鮮味。主食酒香南非鮑魚角鮑魚切開塊狀,加上西芹和冬菇伴炒,醬汁惹味十足,滿口q彈。雞油花雕蒸海馬友馬友以雞油烹調,醬汁呈黃色,鮮味鹹香,魚肉嫩滑,是我最喜歡的主菜。濃湯鮮腐竹浸時蔬濃湯鮮味十足,菠菜和腐竹吸飽湯汁,味道有層次。蔥燒乳鴿乳鴿外皮燒得香脆,加上洋蔥、大蒜、薑等配料,蔥香明顯之餘也非常香口。甜品陳皮紅豆沙椰香蛋散紅豆沙陳皮味突出,紅豆沙煮到起曬沙,推介蛋散有少量椰絲灑於表面,口感鬆化,與蜜糖相當夾~
