To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前番中環偶然都想食到譚仔，終於等到佢中環開分店喇😭💛店有兩層，坐位挺多，環境舒服。牆上有特色霓虹燈同譚仔呀姐專用口音既文字做主題😆✨我重點推介佢地既早餐，有別於一般茶餐廳早餐，價錢亦相當平。早餐配搭：🥪 烘土匪芝士三文治（炸醬）未食前以為佢會係微辣醬，點知食落好有驚喜，同溶左既芝士好夾，三文治烘得外脆內軟👍，仲有芝士蕃茄口味可以揀添！🍲 家鄉泡米通粉有點似狗仔粉，但味道唔太濃，恰到好處，有菇、韭菜、肉碎同蝦米😋☕️ 熱鮮奶咖啡選用左意大利品牌Segafredo既優質咖啡豆，飲落香濃。✨ 額外追加：🐄 川風香新牛栢葉牛栢葉好爽，雖然每舊有點大舊同多辣醬，但食落好刺激。🍆 涼伴茄子及🐷麻辣豬耳茄子同豬耳都爽口，辣度可接受，豬耳排得好靚似花，份量好多🙈🐥 土匪雞翼一如既往既惹味🤤
