To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中環燒味早餐叉燒即煲出前一丁

又係中環早餐系列今次繼續燒味檔食早餐，由於中環勁多間燒味檔，所以兢爭都幾激烈。朝早返工人流都好誇張人多到密密麻麻，所以係度食早餐想舒服啲又唔想俾人趕呢，就最好早啲去，0830前就比較安全啦。 話說呢間龍記其實都有三間分店：中環、上環、灣仔；今次去就係中環。早餐款式都係最基本嗰啲～咁揀得燒味店，梗係要叫佢個叉燒啦，我就叫咗G餐叉燒即煲出前一丁 + 煎雙蛋 + 牛油方包～出餐夠快，煎雙蛋牛油方包賣相就好一般，亦其實唔會有咩要求。叉燒煲出前一丁就靚仔好多～叉燒被蜜汁封住，甜蜜加燒烤嘅滋味填滿每一個味蕾，食完一碗都唔夠喉～臨走買多半斤叉燒外賣～要讚讚員工都有禮貌，又夠快手～
