《Chutney》二訪中環裝修fancy的印度菜。Dahi Papdi Chaat ($138) - 我唔知有冇講錯,但喱個其實係佢地新嘅改良菜式,應該將個脆波波改咗用餅乾。係幾款印度香料醬下放有餅乾、鷹嘴豆及薯仔粒,所有野撈埋一齊,有羅望子醬及乳酪的酸味,同時又有薄荷醬的清爽,好清新開胃。 。Chicken Tikka ($218) - 烤雞非常好味,外層焦香,中間仍然又嫩又多汁,調味剛好,不會搶了雞肉本身的味道。 。Rara Beef Masala ($268) - 咖哩牛肋條炆得好淋,肉質輕輕一撕已分開。咖哩味唔會太濃,適合初次食印度菜嘅人。 。Truffle Cheese Naan ($58) - Naan Bread大大塊,軟熟得黎又好有筋性,上面放滿黑松露醬及芝士,就咁食已經好好食,但亦都可以用黎點咖哩。 。Mango Lassi ($95) - 每次食印度菜都必點Mango Lassi,質地超級濃稠,好似好濃郁嘅芒果乳酪,但同時會好飽肚。 。Pistachio Kulfi ($108) - 印度度開心果雪糕,雪到好硬身,口感帶粉粒狀,相比起開心果味,更似食緊薑味嘅雪糕😆
