去中環接男朋友收工,順便喺附近發掘下新餐廳,沿住德己立街行到蘭桂坊附近見到呢椈可能因為位置比較隱蔽,所以只有一枱客,見餐廳環境企理、價錢又合理就坐低了,🌟甲羅燒配多士@$110👍🏻強烈推介太子妃嘅最愛 - 甲羅燒😍😍😍,蟹膏面鋪有絲絲蟹肉增強口感,配埋烤到非常香脆嘅一口多士,實在太奢侈😆,連唔鍾意食包嘅太子妃都忍唔住食埋d多士🤤🌟汁煮魷魚@$108師父好有心機將d魷魚鬚切整齊,再釀入去魷魚筒裡面,一咬感覺好充實😂,再夾第二舊嘅時候發現入邊有啲爽口嘅粒粒,原來係山藥😮,估唔到呢個組合會帶來咁清新嘅感覺,亦都完美地中和左魷魚本身嘅咸味👍🏻🌟燒鰻魚@$48碟都未放上枱就已經聞到好香🤤,鰻魚皮有焦香脆皮效果,最重要嘅係竟然一條細骨都無😳,究竟係師父刀功厲害,定係燒烤功了得,燒到連軟骨都無埋呢。。。🌟牛肉炒烏冬@$68每條烏冬都均勻地沾上醬汁,混埋切咗絲嘅牛肉,每啖都好惹味😋,不過男朋友就覺得辣咗少少🤭🌟燒雞肝@$35比較少見到燒雞肝,因為真係好考功夫,呢度嘅燒雞肝真係做到啱啱好,無嗰種半熟嘅腥味,完全感受到師父嘅用心製作🫶🏻🌟炸一夜干雞鎚@$38 & 吉列炸蝦@$40雞鎚其實都唔係好炸,感覺上
