朋友介紹話中環有間新開嘅日式燒物串燒店,二話不說立刻嚟試,店內座位唔多而且唔寬落,但就係好有氣氛,配合喑喑燈光非常適合三五知己一路傾計一路食嘢飲嘢,如果喜歡宵夜,嚟這店就啱,平時開到零晨兩點,五六甚至開到三點。食物以燒物為主,牛、豚、雞、海鮮、野菜、天婦羅等等,種類繁多,小編當晚叫咗幾款,款款精彩,下次一定會再嚟😍◇ 海膽鴿肉卷(必叫)這款係必叫,首先是鴿肉,少見原來肉質極嫩滑,好有驚喜,第二,用海膽提升鮮味,同鴿肉亦夾,第三,嗰特製擺盤令整體賣相超班,相信每個見到宣傳單張都俾它吸引要叫一份,不過建議叫兩份,打卡會更靚◇ 4頭鮑魚(蒜香燒)海鮮燒物就揀咗鮑魚,因為喺其他地方少見,這裏好貼心有牛油燒、蒜香燒同鹽燒揀,小編喜歡蒜香味道,出來嘅蒜粒好香,而鮑魚切片上,厚薄適中,肉質爽口,冇叫錯◇ 鹽燒Prime一口牛(必叫)這又係另一款必叫,表面睇落燶燶地咁以為燒過咗,但聞落極香,而一口就可咬落去完全唔韌,仲要極度多汁,唔知用乜醬汁但味道超級正,印象難忘◇ 明太子墨魚滑手羽手羽就係雞翼,將明太子墨魚滑放入雞翼,一口咬落同時感受4樣嘢,明太子同墨魚滑嘅鮮味、雞肉嘅嫩滑同雞皮嘅脆香,口感多重冲,

小編喜歡冬菇,更喜歡燒香冬菇,這裏冬菇唔係特別肥厚,但味道超班,高水準之作
◇ 蓮藕串燒
之前食咗肉都想食吓野菜串燒平衡吓,蓮藕就貪它爽口,掛上嘅醬汁好味,冇投訴
◇ 鮮淮山串燒
另一款野菜串燒係鮮淮山,都係貪它爽口,味道可以,唯一美中不足係表面唔夠鮮白,不過不用擔心𣎴影響味道
