🏮中環樓上日式居酒屋 — 令酒場椒鹽左口魚邊($58)第一次試左口魚以椒鹽風味烹調,外皮鬆脆之餘,左口魚依舊入口即化海葡萄豆腐沙律($68)份量都算多~手打免治墨魚棒($68)墨魚棒爽口彈牙,而且仲有粒粒墨魚肉,另外亦都配上月見汁芫茜日本豚肉卷🫔($38)豚肉卷住大量嘅芫荽,非常適合芫荽愛好者,芫荽獨有嘅香氣令到豚肉卷增色不少櫻花蝦炸豆腐($68)豆腐炸得外脆內軟,令到櫻花蝦香氣提升不少,同時附上蜜糖芥末醬蟹甲羅燒($98)有別於坊間既甲羅燒,廚師用上蟹膏蟹肉以及三文魚子進行配搭,中和蟹膏嘅鹹味,配上法包令到口感十分豐富海膽冷稻庭烏冬($128)擺盤非常精緻,海膽及三文魚子令到鮮味提高 ,加上烏冬口感煙靭,配上鰹魚汁,而且客人可以根據自己嘅喜好落薑同蔥以及鵪鶉蛋汁。
