To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 中秋佳節, 外出做節, 8個人同行 BOOK 左 6:30 PM, 我地準時到逹, 只見小貓三四隻, 環境都几舒適.... 我地點左個中秋節晚巿D 餐, 點左唔夠5分鐘, 4個餸一齊上枱, 我明白大節流流, 你地好想做多一轉生意, 但其實你都收得唔平架喎,埋單都2千几蚊, 收得咁既價錢, 你比多少少時間我地慢慢食都得掛, 趕住收工咁, D野仲要几難食..... 7點半後陸續多人, 唯一可讚既係待應既態度很好, 唔會因為多野做就黑面同埋態度差, 我見有個小朋友唔見左家長, 仲有個好心傅菜姐姐幫佢搵阿媽添... 法式焗美國龍蝦 - 芝士味香濃, 龍蝦多肉新鮮!脆皮炸子雞 - 皮是脆的, 最難忘係雞肉超鞋超韌, 味道都唔記得左係點喇!花膠海皇燴魚翅 - 生粉芡的味道. 碧綠蚌片蝦球 - 相片中果D 好似紅腸既野, 原來係北奇貝.... 真係估佢唔到, 唔用珊瑚蚌, 竟然用北寄貝??? 我只可以話炒熟左既北寄貝, 好難食.... 山珍泡翡翠 - D 菜好老, 老到有渣要吐番出黎, 吞唔落!黃金海鮮卷 - 8 人餐比14件你, 一睇就知有古怪啦, 炸罐頭什果+沙律醬, 超難食!金蒜蒸元貝 - 蒜

生蚊龍躉翅 - 配菜大過舊魚, 同埋D 配菜既筍好硬, 其他配菜都未入味, 侍應本來拎左個爐上台比我地滾住黎食, 點知生果拼盤响呢個時候出場, 我地張枱唔夠位, 佢就話其實唔洗個爐架喇, 而家都岩食架喇, 個煱仲好熱架, 點左火2秒就拎走左個爐... 好好笑!!
