自己都唔知點解,每次想食中菜晚飯就自然會唸到彩福,可能真係師傅手勢合晒我哋口味,而今晚就黎位於佐敦嘅分店,食過幾次餐廳環境就唔講啦。但師傅不時都會推出新款合時嘅菜色,所以都依然有覺新鮮感。天氣轉涼突然想食腊味,所以點左度蜜豆蓮藕蹄片炒鴛鴦腸,肥美嘅潤腸同腊腸配搭清新爽口嘅馬蹄片同藕片,清甜嘅蜜豆,不會油膩又好送飯,真係唔錯。每次黎都會點嘅懷舊金牌叉燒,肥瘦均勻,蜜汁惹味加上滷水花生又一絶配。清蒸沙巴龍蠆1斤2兩size適宜肉質較嫩,但魚味偏淡。北菇紅燒豆腐,冬菇厚切得黎得也入味,豆腐炸香嘅外皮也吸收左蠔汁,如果有埋蠔豉就更家鄉味。黑松露秋葵帶子炒滑蛋,有啲失準,首先蛋有點過火,失去滑蛋效果,個人應為黑松露又好似做唔到秋葵同帶子間嘅鎖匙,所以整身無想像中嘅感覺。最後甜品點左女皇最愛嘅兒時回憶鯉魚芒果布甸,同民間燕窩,竹燕椰汁糕,倆樣都唔錯,唔太甜,又夠味夠滑,為今晚餐飯劃上完美句號。
