To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時中午經過蘇杭街《麵專》門口總係企滿人，唔通真係咁正？今日終於忍唔住要試下見店內面積不大，相信坐得唔太舒適，所以我選擇外賣，點咗個＜細尊配幼麵＞。紅腸，見openrice好多食評都讚，入口味道的確不錯，而且幾爽口。咖喱魚蛋，咖喱好入味，我浸咗喺湯度成10分鐘都仲好香辣。蘿蔔都不錯，軟硬適中;豬皮唔夠爽口。唔知佢嘅幼麵點處理過，入口有啲甜味，怪怪哋，但麵身好爽口。整體唔太差，但未有想像中咁好。
