To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次假日經過金華都見佢大排人龍買菠蘿包，聽聞好好食，今日經過無人排隊，決定買一個試下。阿姐一早已經將一個個菠蘿包入好紙袋，一買，佢就會即刻遞比你。有好有唔好啦，好既咪快囉，唔好就係菠蘿包個皮會淋左啲囉。不過生意可能太好，咁樣做係會快啲既~但顧客既角度，寧願等多陣。攞上手，已經唔暖，相信已經出左爐一段時間。一咬落去，菠蘿皮只可以話微脆，有牛油味。個包好重身，唔似食左陣風既感覺，但唔係好香。只可以話好飽肚，好足料。以佢既人氣，未至於令人一試難忘。但呢個時勢，佢仲係賣緊6蚊，已經好難得，係抵食既，但唔算好食。
