肥柑太黎左灣仔返工,於是就用Lunch時間同佢食下附近既好野,佢咁o岩想食拉麵,行過黑鉄屋就同佢入去試下。呢間拉麵店主力兩種湯底,豚骨同雞骨,我地分別叫左一豚一雞,同時都叫左佢走青蔥,不過最後佢地都甩碌無走到,要我提佢地我走左蔥佢地收番起再整過畀我先食到碗無蔥麵,但一早寫明唔要蔥都錯,真係唔係幾高興。最後另外左個狀元餃子。佢地用既筷子同出面唔同既地方,就係微子有坑紋,咁樣夾麵果陣就會容易夾到去食。狀元餃子($38/5隻),整得幾好食,皮厚,但食到層皮係熟透,唔似有d煮完都係有部份係生既,餃子似混左少少雞肉,口感爽滑多汁,配番佢地既辣油,非常醒胃。銅兵衛豚骨湯拉麵($83),個湯無乜豬骨味,柑太話唔似出面既豚骨湯咁多油,可能係煮既火喉影響,飲落唔漿,無乜膠質咁,麵既硬度適中,叉燒太薄,雖然層皮燒過食落口感層次分明但係分量真係唔夠。我既黑兵衛雞骨湯拉麵($83),個湯飲落有種老火湯既感覺,但無雞肉果種油膩,應該只用雞骨而無用雞肉去煮,將雞湯潤而不燥既特質帶出。麵同叉燒同豚骨湯果個一樣。但要詐型就係個雞蛋同埋紫菜,無錯塊紫菜好大,而且印左你地間店既LOGO,但係咁韌咁人點咬開?你塊紫菜已經唔
