又到新蒲崗覓食,今次選了下午茶時間,找到食店立林的街,看到有船麵就決定嘆嘆。先來飲品,蝶豆花特飲,不錯陣陣青檸味很消暑。另椰青很清甜,椰肉滿滿,必點。主食先來豬肉船金邊粉(大),份量十足,豬肉丸好吃,豬肉片就一般,因不吃內臟,所以走豬肚。湯底濃但味道不夠深刻,也不香辣味,幸好可自行加辣椒粉調味。金邊粉煮得比較林。蘿蔔不錯,通菜是可想像的。牛肉船金邊粉(小),牛肉也是一般,其他跟豬肉的差不多,感覺整體似泰式車仔麵。炸魚餅,熱辣辣,味道就是可想像的。
