To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

間係位於灣仔日街嘅一間感覺好休閒&外國風嘅cafe，因為店員同食客要用英文溝通，食完之後感覺都中規中矩，最令我深刻係個好舒服同chill嘅感覺，灣仔日月星街呢三條街出名多cafe，大家都可以去嗰度，總有一間吸引到你！Smoked Salmon Bagel🥯 ($90)話說呢個係我人生第一個食嘅bagel嘅感受🤣呢個bagel微微烘熱左少少，個包嘅口感咬落偏硬，帶有少少煙韌，唔太鬆軟，呢個bagel配左煙三文魚同洋蔥系入面，其實因為呢個bagel係有煙三文魚我先揀🥰但個洋蔥有啲生，熟少少冇咁大陣生洋蔥味感覺會好啲，呢個bagel除左煙三文魚之外，佢仲有啲酸豆做伴碟，出奇地令我有返啲味覺刺激🤣成個bagel overall係中規中矩~Breakyboard 3.0 (~$148)呢個類此all day breakfast 嘅餐我感覺都幾特別，但份量就比較少，每朝起身都超肚餓嘅我就唔係好夠食。呢個full breakfast 有細橙汁、3塊迷你pancakes配藍莓醬、牛油果、芝士、炒蛋、粟米、細包，同埋最令我覺得特別嘅—— 一少碟芝士焗肉絲同太陽蛋，因為佢個味道偏向似東南亞食物，可能加左啲
