去了幾日台灣,不斷去夜市掃街,食到有點膩,返到香港第一時間約了家姐去食返餐西餐,填補一下空虛感。這間位於觀塘電訊一代的Briketenia,主要是走中高檔次的法國菜,價錢由$300-$600不等。餐廳地點方便,鄰近觀塘站,地方寬闊,能空納百多人,除了平常午市及夜市外,亦有提供包場服務,平均每位約$500,價錢不會太貴。先來的是麵包,法包配蛋王醬,法包硬中帶軟且鬆,醬汁是有銀魚柳及蒜蓉做成的蛋王醬,銀魚味比較濃郁,反而蓋過了蒜味,但跟法包甚夾;另外的芝士酥條,芝士味濃郁且酥脆,細細條,不會太飽滯。餐前小食是巴馬火腿配蜜瓜及蟹肉醬千層酥,巴馬火腿不會太咸,帶有陣陣的風干肉油香,配上香甜的蜜瓜,能中和咸味感;蟹肉醬有些洋葱,咸鮮味比較重,千層酥很鬆脆。前菜是Salmon Gravlax,煙三文魚、黑魚子及紅菜頭,煙三文魚是自家煙薰,咸味適中又有淡淡的煙薰香,而且魚肉味鮮甜,加上黑魚子的咸香,整體非常鮮味,最後食埋塊紅菜頭,清甜去了咸味感,非常清新。湯是Lobster Bisque,店員先送上放有龍蝦肉、麵包粒及蘆筍的碟,之後再慢慢倒入龍蝦湯,湯有濃郁的蝦鮮甜味,龍蝦肉新鮮爽彈,湯裏面還有點牛

其中一個主菜是Slow cooked breads chicken breast with mashed potato, truffle chicken jus,慢煮雞胸是連皮一起,雞肉雪白,中間釀入了黑松露醬,香氣四溢,雞肉嫩滑無雪味,而且有肉汁,每一口咬落去都很juicy,配上軟滑的薯蓉及爽脆的露筍,令我對慢煮雞有新的體會感。

另一個主菜是Pan seared royal sea bream, scallop with creamy mushroom risotto,鯛魚魚肉雪白,但外皮煎得不夠香脆,魚肉新鮮無腥味而且很嫩滑,帶子外層煎至微焦,鮮甜且香口,蘑菇飯軟硬度適中,而且很creamy。

整體食物豐富且質素高,其中最令人有驚喜是慢煮雞胸及龍蝦湯,絕對有高質水準,其次服務細心體貼且有禮,絕對值得再光顧。
