對上一次食ᴛᴇᴘᴘᴀɴʏᴀᴋɪ已經係好多個月之前,上網見到呢間用咗我最鍾意嘅綠色做主題,仲要係日籍廚師主理👨🏻🍳 即刻ʙᴏᴏᴋ😆 有得睇住師傅整🥰ᴏᴘᴇɴʀɪᴄᴇ訂仲有ᴅɪꜱᴄᴏᴜɴᴛ添😚 價錢豐儉由人,今次就試下588同788嘅餐🥰1️⃣ 前菜🥗當日廚師為我哋準備咗呢個煙三文魚沙律😆配搭上魚子醬同柚子黑醋,食落去酸酸甜甜好開胃,而且仲有粒龍珠果同蕃茄仔添!2️⃣ 魚子醬溫泉蛋🥚用白松露撈上魚子醬蛋黃,完全冇蛋嘅腥味,仲好香松露味,食落去好似豆腐花咁滑捋捋好特別😚 3️⃣ 昆布豆腐麵豉湯🥣有豆腐又有昆布嘅湯,飲落唔會好鹹,味道調得啱啱好🥄4️⃣ 主菜🐠嚟到最期待嘅主菜,每人可以揀兩款✌🏻 我就揀咗鮑魚同埋帶子,鮑魚方面好爽口,而且配搭埋蒜蓉好香口冇得輸😚 而帶子就採用刺身級別,所以唔係全熟,保持翻新鮮嘅味道,加上有埋魚子醬更上另一個層次😍另一份嘅主菜就揀咗東升斑同扇貝🤘🏻 扇貝用咗咗松露牛油嚟整,食落去好ᴄʀᴇᴀᴍʏ,肉質都好彈牙,底下就有黃瓜,最緊要要配埋一齊食🤪 而東升斑嘅肉質好細嫩,除咗可以蘸蝶豆花海綿泡泡食之外,亦都可以蘸黑醋食添😽5️⃣ 肉類🥩第一款係厚切黑豚豬扒,真係煎得好香口😆而且啖啖肉汁

第二款就係鐵板牛柳,揀咗要五成熟,師傅煎得啱啱好,唔會好柴😆 而牛味亦都好重,配埋黑色嘅岩鹽,冇可挑剔🫡

到最後一定要有甜品😆 呢度嘅甜品係雲呢拿味同埋較少見紫薯味嘅雪糕~ 側邊有爆珠紅豆粒,咬開就好似紅豆沙咁🫘 另外仲食用花同女士專屬嘅玫瑰花啱晒打卡用😍
