To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 2021年9月17日 星期五今日一放工就約左舊生食下午茶,仲遷就埋我返工既地點揀左筲箕灣既呢一間冰室食好快我哋就有位坐,再慢慢睇返餐牌,發現下午茶餐都有唔少野食,除咗一般嘅西多士同三文治之外,仲有港式粉麵同焗豬扒飯添,價錢大部份都$50有找,包埋飲品,所以我哋決定每人叫一個餐,再加小食兩個餐加埋兩杯特飲同一份吉列魚柳,總數都係$150,除返開每人$80都唔使,已經可以坐喺度慢慢嘆個下午茶,都真係幾抵首先嚟到嘅係我點嘅特飲,抹茶紅豆特飲,紅豆嘅部份差唔多佔咗成杯嘅三分之一,每一粒都煮得好腍,配埋抹茶甜度適中,感覺似日式嘅宇治金時至於舊生就要左黑牛,係經典茶餐廳嘅飲品,凍冰冰嘅可樂上面加上朱古力雪糕,再撈埋一齊飲,雖然感覺好邪惡,但味道簡直係絕配,大人小朋友都好鍾意食物方面佢點咗鮮茄濃汁焗豬扒飯,嚟到嘅時候已經充滿蕃茄嘅香味,佢仲話原來個飯係炒飯底,所以食落去更加香口同埋醬汁好濃郁,加埋溶溶地嘅芝士,味道更加豐富至於塊豬扒唔算太韌,面積差唔多佔左大半個焗飯,都算入味至於我當然點左茶餐廳下午茶嘅經典菜式,炸雞髀配沙律,雞髀炸到金黃色,一切開嘅時候d煙不斷飄出嚟,熱辣辣但裡面既雞肉仍然保持嫩滑

最後我哋仲share左個深海吉列魚柳拼薯條,魚柳同薯條都好鬆脆,炸完之後都唔覺有太多油,而且魚柳上面嘅炸粉唔太厚,每啖都食到魚肉,加埋沙律醬一齊食更加滋味
