周末假期中午同老婆加兩個朋友入左屯門三聖食番餐海鮮大餐,識揀一定揀中午時分唔洗同人逼~泰海鮮 位於海鮮街最頭頭果間,非常易搵,中午時間都有營業!今次最想食到瀨尿蝦,因為自己係家好難整到!泰式香茅瀨尿蝦第一次食到,淡淡香茅味,同瀨尿蝦爽甜又幾夾!海鮮湯 用左大量雜魚、蜆肉、蕃茄、薯仔提鮮,最犀利仲有剛剛食過嘅瀨尿蝦熬湯。鮑魚用左豉油皇煮,鮑魚入晒味質地仲非常爽彈。桶蠔用最大路煮法薑蔥蠔煲,再加入黑椒調味,蠔肉脹卜卜,鮮味十足!奄仔蟹 通常都會油鹽焗,可以保留晒所有蟹膏,蟹肉都非常鮮甜!辣酒煮花螺 平時食唔得辣嘅我食唔到,不過朋友們都話唔係太辣,螺肉唔會過硬,食落陣陣酒味!白酒忌廉煮花甲配烏冬fushion 配搭,忌廉味好濃郁,花甲亦非常足料又無沙,大家對呢碟都讚不絕口!
