To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日要去長沙灣荔枝角附近，早上當然要食個豐富早餐才有力氣當然選的是良心小店啦這間之前去過食下午茶，今日食早餐抵食多選擇環境光猛舒服，量完體溫就坐下來點了沙嗲牛肉麵配炒蛋（可選煎/炒）加厚多士（走牛油），飲熱奶茶醒醒神先熱奶茶香滑好濃郁，不用加糖都好好飲炒蛋好滑有蛋汁，份量好多；多士好厚好脆，熱辣辣，配蛋一流本身想轉通粉，唔記得改；但麵都好好食，軟硬剛好，沙嗲牛肉好入味好濃郁又有咬口，湯唔會好咸咁多嘢好飽好滿足，抵食之選
