美國螺頭炖老雞湯-炖湯味濃而香,睇得出足料之作。古法生炆龍躉尾-推介!龍躉尾炸完再炆D肉仲好滑,配汁食唔太咸一流。魚厚身所以就算得條尾12個人食都夠分,唔好漏咗同魚一齊炆嘅炸豆腐,吸晒魚汁嘅精華好好味!花膠花菇扒鵝掌-味道唔錯但鵝掌略嫌較瘦,算比一般飲宴食到好食唔太特別。炸子雞-都係飲宴必到菜式,相比下呢道菜較高分,雞滑皮脆唔算太油。生炒糯米飯-呢款係我所期待嘅菜,因為自己較懶唔願整但又好難食到好味嘅糯米飯。糯米飯足料又唔太乾,一粒粒飯粒分明唔會粘埋一舊,睇得出師傅有工架。枝竹羊腩煲-羊腩腍唔膻,鍾意食羊嘅可能會覺得唔夠膻。羊腩煲汁濃枝竹多,算唔錯!黃金炸脆皮蝦球-我呢個黃金迷(超鍾意咸蛋黃的菜式)呢個菜就啱晒!蝦球大大舊用炸漿包裹,炸漿一D都唔厚仲好脆,咬落發現隻蝦真係好大隻,啖啖肉好滋味。食黃金蝦一定要畢埋周邊的炸咸蛋黃碎就最正喇!士多啤利肉排-呢道菜因為太搶手所以影唔切相,我本身唔鍾意酸味,點知佢一D都唔酸,甜甜地仲好好味添。全晚最失色嘅莫過於甜品花生糊,經過咁多道非常滿足嘅菜式後對呢碗花生糊真係滿有期望,但一望之下稀過甜品鋪十幾蚊碗開粉嘅糖水,入面有幾舊冇味嘅蛋白,糖水食落一D

士多啤利肉排-呢道菜因為太搶手所以影唔切相,我本身唔鍾意酸味,點知佢一D都唔酸,甜甜地仲好好味添。
全晚最失色嘅莫過於甜品花生糊,經過咁多道非常滿足嘅菜式後對呢碗花生糊真係滿有期望,但一望之下稀過甜品鋪十幾蚊碗開粉嘅糖水,入面有幾舊冇味嘅蛋白,糖水食落一D花生味都冇。豐盛嘅一餐過後以呢個糖水劃句號真係非常失望!
