To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

蜜汁香煎雞扒 • 炒滑蛋🥚 + 熱奶茶 ☕️• 份量相當足夠，所以食完好飽肚；• 炒滑蛋原全做到果種嫩滑口感，仲保持住少少蛋漿狀態，蛋香味濃；• 薯角每件都大大塊，炸得鬆脆同時又唔會有油膱味，只係對我黎講會偏咸咗少少；• 件雞扒係精髓，煎得啱啱好兩面金黃，好香口，肉質較為緊緻，醃得入味；• 方包有啲啲烘底同牛油搽面，因爲塊包比較乾身，建議放舊滑蛋喺上面一齊食；• 杯粟米仔係正常甜粟米，如果變咗做牛油粟米就正啦😁• 奶茶係一般，不過不失。
