又一次踏足將軍澳,夜晚嘅將軍澳多了一份恬靜,慢步行去澳南海岸,約了友人吃日式居酒屋。餐廳主打串燒,當然要試吓。吞拿魚蓉豆腐沙律先來一客沙律清清味蕾。綿綿口感吞拿魚蓉跟豆腐,水菜好夾。開胃之選。串燒精選盛合加拿大豬拖羅厚切牛舌芯精選雞類豬拖羅不會太肥,適中,有甘香口感。牛舌芯夠入味,有嚼口。四款雞串燒就比較普通。松葉蟹冷麵天氣悶熱,蕎麥冷麵最好選擇。紫菜,蟹籽,松葉蟹肉和蛋漿另單調嘅蕎麥麵增添味美。抹茶蕨餅煙煙韌韌的蕨餅有抹茶嘅苦澀味,淋上黑糖,再加入紅豆蓉,正啊!
