今日同屋企人食串燒加雞煲,揀咗呢間荃灣小店,雖然面積細,但座位都算闊落首先點左串燒,有好多款揀,揀左燒茄子、牛舌、雞腎、雞軟骨、羊架等。茄子燒得好香,有大量蒜頭舖面,蒜頭微辣香口,但燒茄子略嫌太多油。牛舌、雞腎、雞軟骨,恰到好處,唔會太乾羊架幾出色,唔會好肥,有少少羊蘇味。雞煲方面,半隻雞份量都好多,四個人食加埋邊爐好夠飽。雞醃得入味,亦算嫩滑。粟米、豆卜、響鈴打邊爐必食,響鈴唔會有油益未,配埋湯底好掛湯。粟米超甜,正!手切牛有d失望,無乜牛味最值得讚係燒波蘿,好甜,無渣,食完再食!
