To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我除咗日式嘅串燒店之外其實我都好鍾意食港式嘅串燒，呢一檔都算係幫襯得最多嘅串燒檔，佢哋嘅串燒係非常之抵食嘅，兩個人食嘅話大概都係二百零蚊就走得。如果你驚食唔飽其實佢哋亦都有車仔麵供應。佢哋嘅串燒選擇都非常之多，例如有牛扒牛仔骨豚肉，雞翼腸仔或者唔同嘅丸類。比較特別嘅係佢哋亦都會有唔同嘅海鮮供應，就好似今次我哋揀咗蒜蓉焗蜆同埋蟶子。串燒都係即叫即燒，所以全部都係好香口同埋熱辣辣。佢哋亦會好貼心咁樣提供一碟沙嗲，如果你係重口味嘅人士，點埋沙嗲食就更加有風味同埋惹味啦但係當然你要接受到佢嘅環境唔係十分之好。
