一直都好鐘意去居酒屋,感覺好chill ! 呢到一入黎,真係好似去左日本咁呀! 而且每個客人入座,店員都係敲一次鼓歡迎,好有趣! 除左手上既餐牌,牆上面都會掛左D牌講有咩特色食物,見到串燒好似幾唔錯,叫左汁燒牛筋串同埋燒牛蒡串。店員仲提我地呢D要早D食,如果唔係,凍左會變硬就唔好食了~ 牛筋好淋! 同埋都幾入味! 牛蒡串真係第一次食! 感覺好似配埋酒一食。另外都叫左個燒茄子,原來面頭個D係和牛渣滓,唔怪得咁香~ 但唔會話好油膩,茄子都燒得剛好,好易脫皮食。令和玉子燒好香,食落口仲係暖暖地,好重蛋味,而且睇相都見到係幾厚! 日式炸豆腐係個皮岩岩炸左少少脆口的感覺,而入面係好嫩滑,個汁都好fresh,好岩做開胃菜呀!! 串燒方面,叫左燒鮮鰻魚串,白蔥豚肉串,雞軟骨串同埋冰火燒菠蘿。白蔥豚肉串好好食!! 本身以為係一件豚肉一件係蔥咁樣一串食,但佢係豚肉包住蔥咁燒,所以係好香好juicy。銀雪魚西京燒既魚肉係超級滑!! 呢個好有驚喜呀 A4日本黑毛和牛壽喜燒一品鍋都好出色,和牛片好有入口就融既感覺! 今次真係大滿足!
