最近香港地好似吹起一陣串燒熱潮,好多新餐廳都用串燒做主打,話得要做食家喎,梗係要去試下。週未同朋友就來到呢間食晚飯,八點零鐘,稍為等咗10分鐘就有位,入到去發現食客多數都係80後,而且又係男仔居多,哈哈梗係啦,香口嘢吖嘛,啱哂後生仔口味!呢間串燒店標榜四川x 日和風味,幾特別。我同個FRIEND點咗多春魚、魷魚筒,仲有雞軟骨,可惜元貝啱啱賣哂,冇口福,不過個串燒虎蝦就VERY GOOD,除咗肉之外,串燒一定要食蔬果,唔好以為串燒法會好乾,其實咁整反而可以鎖住啲水份,超鮮甜又滋味!我就叫咗燒蕃茄同青椒仔,一個四川香料一係日式板燒,味道唔同冇咁悶,另外要讚下個皇帝菜,配埋香料一流。餐廳枱仔細細張,不過食串燒都係細細碟,所以都唔算好迫,而且啲待應收碟都好快手,係少啲笑容囉... 香港人笑多啲啦!
