壽司Omakase 聽得多,串燒Omakase 還是第一次吃。首先上了個前菜,然後有白粟米配魚仔沙律,清新開胃。雞肉串來自九州雞,配半熟蛋,增加香滑度。青魚配海藻,魚新鮮,配上醋,酸酸滑滑的,很夾。清酒燒䰷,鮮甜多汁。意大利青瓜配明太子,清甜配鹹香,感覺新鮮。燒鰻魚,蒸完再燒,皮脆肉滑,加點青檸汁更惹味。鹿兒島黑豚肉配粟米芯,薄薄的肉燒完很香口,配粟米芯可以減少油膩感。最後更有清湯米餅和甜品,甜品超吸引,焦糖甜菠蘿配紅豆布丁,劃上很完美的句號。很欣賞的是串燒不是串串肉,而是蔬菜及海鮮等作平衡,而且沒有死鹹的感覺。
