最近思鄉病發好想去日本旅行,見今日早左收工一於搵間日本餐廳醫肚先。呢間餐廳門面非常低調平常難以察覺,搵了一陣子才找到!我和朋友點了串燒omakase,意思是師傅按當日食材去決定,非常適合選擇困難的我,又可以期待下一道菜式。鰹魚乾,是脆口的質感,再沾上蛋黃醬2者很配時令沙律菜,有粟米蕃茄火箭菜等,酸酸甜甜非常開胃。白鱔串燒,師傅燒到外脆內軟,沾上少許山椒粉更吊出白鱔的鮮味。磯煮鮑魚,鮑魚十分入味,不錯!牛舌拖羅,即是厚切牛舌,質感軟而不靭。鹿兒島黑豚肉捲上有機栗米芯,沾了一些蒜蓉汁,食落有驚喜冧酒燒菠蘿以冧酒塗滿了整個菠蘿外層,燒出微微焦糖面,令層次更豐富
