講到約朋友食飯傾計,屋酒屋一定係一個好選擇,選幾款小食舒舒服服又可以傾一個晚上。一轉入天文臺道就望到八居酒屋,招牌夠搶眼。黎居酒屋當然要食串燒,餐牌不乏高級食材,亦有貼地選擇,看大家預算了~先黎大啡菇,冇用過多調味所以菇菌味好突出,唔乾身幾juicy。燒雞腎處理的好好,唔硬有彈性,調味剛剛好。免治雞肉串加左軟骨係入面,幾有咬口,用生蛋加醬油做沾醬有驚喜,有蛋香之餘肉質更嫩滑。不過呢道比之前串燒調味更重,有濃濃的燒汁味。本日最愛的網燒安格斯肉眼,份量頗大,牛味濃郁而且充滿肉汁,邊位有少少焦香。點左7成熟冇燒過龍,仲見到粉嫩嘅肉色,好嫩滑。明太子燒飯團比較飽肚,燒完有飯焦嘅口感,幾香口。飲品點左巨峰乳酸梳打,唔會過甜,比較清爽。要特別一提店內環境,樓底夠高而且座位闊落,感覺特別開揚,無論用餐定傾計都好舒服如果想靜靜地同朋友邊食邊傾,呢度都係一個唔錯嘅選擇
