To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

講到米線,大家都只會講起譚仔、南記、譚仔三哥,最近期呢就梗係九頭鳥,或是其他所謂各區十大必食米線,反而我覺得呢間川味式餐廳的更加好。因為每次都會逐碗慢慢整,你可以望入廚房見到佢用個煲仔慢慢煮米線,湯底夠濃香、有火喉,不像連鎖店舖那般,完全沒有火喉,這兒的麻辣湯底,你感覺到他的火喉,配料就比以前少得多,不過大腸以及腩肉也永遠出色。而酸菜亦都是這兒的賣點,酸菜大大塊,清得來帶點甜味,用來配好啦米線吃就更加是天衣無縫。臨離開這一區工作時,也再嚟多一次,不過已經沒有見到之前的姨姨
