To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六11點幾，同埋屋企人喺附近揾食，入左去呢間紅城冰室_，我就揀左過全日早餐，真係驚喜中的驚喜，質素超高嘅丹麥多士，並非普通白方包烘乾就算，佢係用丹麥方包，烘到表面脆，裡面鬆軟，加左牛油喺面，真係好食到難以形容呀， 平時在所謂出名的麭飽舖買丹麥方包都要成2O蚊半磅，佢成個早餐，除左個超正多士外，還有煙三文魚，薯仔沙律，煙肉同2款腸仔，炒旦上面仲有塊芝士添，只係50幾蚊，真係好味夾抵死，屋企人另外叫左雞亦同海鮮炒面，都非常似樣，總之就正正正，一定會再encore幫襯
