To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從德昌在土瓜環遷走後一直都找不到九龍的分店,除了去過天后那邊的一間,今天下午發現在九龍城有分店,就入去吃了,之前在門口等了五分鐘。以前對他们的魚蛋印象很好,有魚味、新鮮和彈牙。今天叫了四宝河粉,希望多試幾樣魚肉製品,並懷着興𡚒和渴望的心情,像是約會舊爱一樣。和舊情人相会相同,我發現當年美好的东西已经變質,所有的鱼旦、魚札、魚餃和肉丸都不好吃、鱼肉不新鮮、不爽口、無鱼味、如同吃麵粉、魚湯也冇味道、好像白開水。真的不知道在過去的日子這店是怎樣做生意?何以食品的質素會差咁多?是否換了老闆或厨司?㸃解啲顧客吃不出问题?冇人投诉嗎?好失望!😞
