To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說都有一段日子冇寫食評, 我都知各位 文粉 等左好耐可惜朕實在係忙得太緊要, 日日出入法庭, 同班栗絲打下交道咁不過, 朕就好守規舉既, 就唔會好似 d "森嗎煙腸" 咁嚮法庭影相呃 like拿 editor 我唔係離題, 我今次要推介既係灣仔區域法院附近 walkable distance 既一家粥店皆因最近去旅行太多, 水肚不服, 攪腸沙, 所以清清腸胃必須要介紹 - 靠得住靠得住我食過好多次, 識食粥之人亦冇可能未食過 今次 order 左朕比較喜歡既 "手撕雞皇粥"粥底係呢度既皇牌, 採用魚湯粥底, very good甜而軟綿綿, 非常推介!!  粥底唔會食倒一粒粒未溶既飯,朕好怕食D稀粥，又唔係潮洲粥唔拖唔水雞絲都唔慳, 幾足料, 抵食又好味另外佢果隻儍都幾好食朕一般好少食儍，一舊飯唔知有咩好食佢隻儍𥚃頭有瘦肉有黃豆，食落又算係有層次，也可以一試粥舖黎講，佢油器方面選擇比較少可能未必滿足倒 D 肥仔肥妹不得不提就係個收銀哥哥仔，我食完未走得佢已經棟響度趕客咁等收錢，咪之連推介都唔洗咁姐，過往裝修前親民態度冇哂 lu, 是次 tips: 0.therefore:文Ey fo

朕一般好少食儍，一舊飯唔知有咩好食
