今晚趁最後一晚有晚市堂食,拉男朋友陪我黎食流心牛角包。我地都揀左$228既Four Course。冬蔭龍蝦湯流心牛角包法式龍蝦湯流心牛角包平時牛角包比我既感覺係屬於甜品類,估唔到鹹食既牛角包別有一番風味。兩個牛角包都係一切啲湯就流晒出黎,而且牛角包麵保持到鬆脆,無變到腍晒,好食。花生醬沙嗲雞串大大串,啖啖嫩肉,花生醬沙嗲有花生粒係入面架。燒美國生蠔配泰式辣汁超正,生蠔鮮甜,個汁同生蠔好夾,好出色。鍋炒帕能咖哩雞幾惹味,我第一次食炒到乾身既咖哩,令雞肉好入味,份量又足,撈飯食一流。冬蔭龍蝦汁燴海鮮有青口、蜆、蝦、小元貝,好豐富。個汁飲落係冬蔭功湯,飲晒成碗。真空慢煮法式焦糖燉蛋口感順滑,甜度適中。泰式奶茶流心牛角包熱辣辣,真材實料,甜既流心牛角包都好食,流心程度一樣甘澎湃。
