聽同事講呢間嘅雞煲喺元朗好出名,仲係黃店。於是喺重陽節假期前,一早打定電話訂位食煲。準時18:30前已到達門口,當時有一半已入席,大約仲有4張枱咋,所以做足準備係啱!呢到有好多款煲,除了基本雞煲之外,仲有椰子雞煲同胡椒豬肚雞。不過我最期待嘅係烤魚,雖然呢到唔係專食烤魚嘅小菜館,但呢到足足有5款選擇任君選擇!1️⃣水煮魚2️⃣酸菜魚3️⃣奇味烤魚4️⃣野生雜菌烤魚5️⃣泡椒烤魚其實訂位之前已經決定咗過嚟喺食烤魚煲,點知劃好單之後,一名疑似老闆娘嘅小姐話:今日冇魚返!而且做魚煲要整成45分鐘,太耐喇。我媽聽到已經即刻冇心機,黑晒面。最後落柯打改為:胡椒豬肚雞煲,另加手切牛、廣島蠔半打及響鈴。上菜喇!湯底胡椒味唔係好重,內有少少芹菜粟米草菇,雞同豬肚份量都足。即炸響鈴:唔多熱,唔似即炸食咗半個鐘,左催又催,廣島蠔同手切牛都未到。每次阿姐都話切緊切緊。等到燥咗,我又再同疑似老闆娘嘅人詐型。隔離枱遲過我地入座,但係我嗌白鱔片,佢地話冇。但我就見到啲白鱔片去咗佢張枱度囉!我碟手切牛追咗幾次,但係我有見到隔離枱又上得快過我囉。真係忟!廣島蠔:下水煮完之後,蠔個心仲係冰涷。睇嚟啲蠔都雪咗一陣,未解好涷!手切牛:雪花紋路好

最後嗱嗱聲食完買單走,今晚消費$506/3人。最後疑似老闆娘嘅小姐收我齊頭五舊水,多謝晒!希望下次嚟嘅時候可以再食到烤魚。。。
