To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大約三年前喺太古食過一次 Alfafa ，經過見到有下午茶餐又去咗食😀由於喺就嚟轉晚市時先去食下午茶，所以可以選擇嘅餐唔多。點咗蜆肉磨菇意粉($62)，意粉軟硬適中，配以少少甜嘅照燒醬汁同清新嘅紅椒，係我鍾意嘅味道😋 跟餐配蘋果茶，下午茶嚟講都抵食茶餐可以半價加配甜品，要咗芒果熱情果蛋糕(+$29)，賣相漂亮，芒果層嘅味道甜咗啲，而且底層海綿蛋糕有啲乾，少少失望... 如果冇加到甜品，成餐飯嘅整體分數會高返好多
