To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

丼丼屋最近進注馬鞍山,一於試吓味先,例牌新開張,很多人,因為附近有幾間食肆,都要等in咗半个鐘就有位啦。我叫了鰻魚飯,佢有幾款鰻魚飯,價錢不一樣,我叫了最平的,鰻魚肥美,肉身厚度適中,不算薄,有口感,夠juicy 配日本飯,粒粒飽滿,每口有魚有飯,好味,只是醬汁太少,我要求加多少少汁,都冇問題,值得推介👍另一碗是名古屋鳥開親子丼, 原來係由生蛋、滑蛋、雞肉, 三種唔同雞嘅形態,混合一齊 ,加埋日本飯,幾有趣,一般係生蛋撈飯或者滑蛋撈飯,未試過生蛋加滑蛋再加埋雞,不防一試。另外加$28,可以加日式炸豆腐和配菜,豆腐外脆內軟,濃度適中,配菜正常。最後,十勝豚肉丼,五片豚肉像花一樣舖在飯面,賣相不錯,豚肉又霖又入味又juicy,醬汁濃郁,連飯一齊食, 惹味度不會差过鳗魚汁👍地方整潔,食物質數高,特別是飯很好味,4人平均@$110,我會再來。
