每到weekend 就會開始我的上環西環cafe hunt平日lunchtime總是食得急急忙忙假日一定要慢慢食個brunch享受下!假日來到人頭湧湧也要等一會兒也有位!平常食all day breakfast都不太會食煙肉腸仔所以見到有素早餐就想都沒有想就選擇了😌賣相100分早餐非常豐富飽肚而且每樣食材烹調和調味都恰到好處!其中小法包烘得非常香脆配上guacamole牛油果醬和嫩滑的炒蛋很好食🥑南瓜香甜乳酪杯份量頗大口感綿密又不會太甜最驚喜是芝士薯餅🤤入面食到蕃茄粒薯塊和拉絲芝士 🥔很邪惡又惹味!賣相很美🤩sourdough面包烘得香脆很喜歡這種面包的嚼勁面包上面放了一大堆蟹肉炒蛋白食到啖啖鮮味🦀沙律菜亦很新鮮整體調味比較淡感覺清新健康😌這個我沒有試但賣相都同樣吸引🥰Egg Benedict不用一般的荷蘭醬卻用了avocado dressing 友人說味道很不錯下次一定要試!西環店鋪面光猛寛敞設計簡潔舒服很適合食個brunch 慢慢嘆咖啡☕️食飽後要還還債做個瑜珈減減罪惡感🧘🏻‍♀️
