To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 久違了的華星早餐去到不同的國家,對於早餐還是有種期待。一日的開始還是會想肚子是飽飽的。要問香港最熱門的早餐一定是典型茶餐廳的常餐:通粉、炒蛋、奶茶、多士。華星的味道是叫人偶爾就會想起,不像某間有名佐敦餐廳,這裡會少了一份急速。還是一份常餐最好接近一年才再度光臨,驚見有老外套餐,即是all day breakfast。華星對於外國人的如意算盤打得甚好,但是叫一份常餐最好。友人還一杯好立克多士炒蛋火腿的溫度剛剛好。對於麵包甚有要求的筆者,明白把一塊麵包烘得剛剛好,而沒有太燶太過軟糯。要明白好的多士,如果過了十分鐘就鬆軟而失去烘多士的意義。華星在多士的處理上恰到好處,多士配合炒蛋的蛋汁,反而是火腿通粉是令人失望,雞湯明顯滲入味精,吃完之後整個口腔是口乾,通粉亦為過熟的處理,失去了口感。

接近一年才再度光臨,驚見有老外套餐,即是all day breakfast。華星對於外國人的如意算盤打得甚好,但是叫一份常餐最好。友人還一杯好立克
