To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐都無黎呢度食早餐啦,去到都係八點幾到,時間尚早。人都唔算太多,所以都好快買到早餐。今次都係食魚柳炒蛋、蕃茄通粉同凍奶茶。魚柳炒蛋都繼續保持水準,魚柳炸得好好,又夠魚味。但我覺得炸粉可以落小,咁樣會仲好食。炒蛋好有牛油香,又唔會炒到過熟,真係好正。多士普通啦,因為唔夠脆,但配上牛油都可以既。蕃茄通粉湯底好清,又好飲。加埋兩包辣椒油簡直係一絕。所以我每次都一定飲哂湯,最緊要既係湯底好健康。凍奶茶從未試過失手,奶同茶既份量好夾。令我愛上佢,每次都一定飲凍奶茶。好耐都未食過呢度既早餐,一定會再去啊。

魚柳炒蛋
都繼續保持水準,魚柳炸得好好,又夠魚味。但我覺得炸粉可以落小,咁樣會仲好食。炒蛋好有牛油香,又唔會炒到過熟,真係好正。
