To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好幾年冇食過元氣，見佢喺天水圍都開咗分店，即刻去懷念下以前嘅味道先！原來Menu已經唔同咗好多～全單消費💰HK$398.2叫咗好多舊唔同款嘅壽司，其中炙燒味噌左口魚裙邊、炙燒黑椒三文魚同日式海鮮茶碗蒸味道最優秀！相反，花之戀同埋季節限定嘅凱撒松葉蟹玉子堡比較普通！食完壽司梗係要食返個甜品，叫咗一個麻糬今川燒(北海道牛奶味)，原來係一款熱辣辣嘅甜品，口感超煙韌，內層仲有牛奶麻糬，感覺有少少似燒鮮奶，值得一試～
