To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實已經N年沒吃過大家樂了,剛好經開附近見到提起,媽媽也說很久很久沒吃過了,兩母女就很無所謂地進來解決今晚的晚餐了。法式焗慢煮牛面肉飯,本來是想吃焗豬扒飯經典一下的,不過發現有類似的新東西,就試試新口味。牛面肉燉煮得很軟腍,牛味很突出,有點意想不到的好吃,南瓜香甜很點睛,配上熟悉的酸酸的茄汁炒飯底,就是記憶中的味道呀!份量頗大,細食的話2個人吃都足夠了。紐西蘭西冷鐵板餐,這個牛就令人有點失望了,看上去就很乾柴,吃下去也沒什麼牛味,就是靠吃醬料的味道,跟餐還有羅宋湯和甜品布丁。結果我們先解決了好吃的牛面肉焗飯和一部分西冷扒,還剩下了頗多可以打包。總的來說,久久沒吃過大家樂,沒抱太大期望,偶然有吃到出人意料的好吃的,覺得還不錯。

總的來說,久久沒吃過大家樂,沒抱太大期望,偶然有吃到出人意料的好吃的,覺得還不錯。
