To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去咗銅鑼灣食德國菜,餐廳嘅環境係傳統嘅德國餐廳設計,木造嘅傢俬好有層次感。一入到餐廳感覺到店員很熱情,熱心介紹精選嘅菜式。凱撒沙律配雞肉沙律菜非常清爽,望落去以為雞肉會硬,點知非常嫩口十分喜出望外,而且淡淡嘅吞拿魚味同沙律味道很搭配匈牙利牛肉濃湯湯入面嘅材料非常豐富,一入口有淡淡嘅薯仔香味,之後就會感覺到牛肉嘅香味,最鍾意就係湯帶一點點辣味十分特別紐倫堡豬肉腸配酸菜食德國菜一定要食腸仔,香腸嘅皮煎到非常脆口,而且香腸肉嫩多汁好食到停唔到口,配搭德國的酸菜可以解膩大蜆扁意粉扁意粉嘅賣相非常之好,因為整碟意粉上面有很多蜆肉鋪上面,大蜆入口鮮甜,而且肥美多汁而扁意粉有小小辣入口非常惹味店員的服務非常到位,會不時幫我們加水換碟非常周到,因為今次得兩個食飯,所以未試到豬手下次多啲朋友一齊食,要試吓德國豬手先得。
