To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 日日都訓到日上三竿先起身,已經吾知咩叫早餐啦。但因為今日有野做,所以要好早起身,亦終於可以有時間坐底慢慢咁食個早餐。見尼到吾洗等位,所以就決定係尼到食早餐。叫左個雞扒早餐,塊雞扒比想像中細塊,不過都算嫩滑,仲keep到少少汁。塊皮煎等幾香脆,不過d醬汁比得太少啦,根本就吾夠點。餐飽幾鬆軟,應該係嘉頓出品。但個飽無烘熱過先上碟,所以係冷的,好難搽牛油。薯餅係成份早餐最好食的,脆卜卜,吾會太油膩,不過薯餅都幾難吾好食。
