To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 暑假後,加埋小朋友冇再喺九龍塘返學,好似好耐冇嚟食早餐。今天重溫舊夢。勁鍾意金記個app:麵可以揀「淋D」、「爽D」,蛋可以揀熟蛋、太陽蛋、炒蛋,多士又可以揀多烘、少烘、多油、少油⋯⋯總之想乜都有得撳掣,唔駛吓吓嗌侍應姐姐。講番食物,早餐愈食愈貴,不過真係做得幾好食……暫時食過最好食都係沙嗲牛肉配公仔麵,炒蛋就比奄列出色,多士唔算好大塊,同埋就算揀咗多油都唔算勁多牛油呢度嘅檸檬茶係偏甜,我次次揀咗「少甜」都仲係覺得有點罪咎感
