每過一段時間,繼既餐牌都會搞搞新意思,保持新鮮感。今次就食左佢既lunch omakase $880,分別有前菜、沙律、蒸蛋、刺身6款、肉眼薄燒、壽司6件、海膽蔥吞拿魚飯、湯同甜品。佢個omakase之前就咁食刺身壽司(大約$680),而家個新餐牌就加左肉眼薄燒同海膽,食晒成個set之後真係滿載而歸🤤作為蛋迷既我,真係好鍾意食繼既蒸蛋,一如既往咁滑咁好食。刺身方面,首先上水八爪配熟吸盤、熟成1日既深海池魚同埋用備長炭燒既梳子魚,跟住再上池魚同稻草煙燻鰹魚,最後有紫菜包炙燒帆立貝。上完刺身之後,有一客肉眼薄燒作為間埸。肉眼薄燒入面係預先炒好既蒜片同蔥,有肉汁,蒜片仲係好脆,唔會話好膩,作為間埸都唔會搶左刺身/壽司個fo。一開頭都驚會好有飽肚感,就食唔落所有壽司,不過份量啱啱好。壽司方面,按次序有赤貝(肉質好爽甜)、銀鮭配左d黑魚子、鯖魚昆布漬(酸酸甜甜咁)、赤身、有d煙燻味既中拖羅醬油漬、炙燒鱈魚配芝麻醬。最後就上埋海膽蔥吞拿魚飯,雖然賣相唔吸引,但好有層次同口感,海膽都好甜。甜品係咖啡奶凍加紅豆,貌似純牛奶布甸但原來好重咖啡味,唔想食甜品既可以叫咖啡或茶。總括黎講,會繼續去。遲d再去食
