To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

The Lounge 裝修後第一次嚟。Supper buffet 以前8點開始，宜家7點有得食🙂裝修改動不大，只將舒服的梳化換了普通的餐枱、凳。食物種類比以前少；羊架同牛扒令人失望，又韌又冇味炒蟹汁酸酸辣辣，好惹味；鮑魚炆得好淋留返個肚食泡飯，所以只食雲吞唔要麵，大大粒雲吞有好多蝦，朋友話啲麵都好爽，但湯底太清。海鮮泡飯保持水準，有一隻蝦和一塊斑片，再加脆米，好有口感，如果龍蝦湯稠啲更好。魚生、壽司、燒味就一般；片皮鴨好食；點只得燒賣，唔吸引。甜品款式多，最吸引係乳酪雪糕。咖啡細杯咗總括來講，食物種類唔多，水準中上；價錢係樓上Café 的2/3，當然冇海鮮、手花膠扒等。論環境、服務，個人覺得是聚會的好地方。
