自從上年去完泰國,一直都好掛住d泰國菜,無奈香港好食既泰菜冇乜得幾多間,不過既然想食就一於叫老婆上OpenRice搵下,又真係搵到間新開冇耐既莎娃迪卡,就一於book枱試下。習慣性地一去到先留意環境,算幾好,有泰菜館feel,地方算闊落,坐低都舒服。然後又係慣性先叫野飲,睇牌就冇乜野好揀,叫左杯耶汁冰,點知原來問下佢傾多兩句先知係有泰啤既,爽!然後一口氣就點左泰式炒金邊粉、肉碎生菜包、飛天通菜、香芽雞中翼同埋必食既冬陰功湯。首先尼既係肉碎生菜包,肉碎既香料非常足,生菜亦係新鮮菜。再尼係香芽雞中翼同埋泰式炒金邊粉。雞翼炸得均勻,唔會太油。金邊粉有四種調味料揀,有辣有糖有花生,仲有醋,全部都非常特別,好正宗既食法。然後就係冬陰功湯同飛天通菜。冬陰功尼講大大隻蝦,夠辣。香港地算非常足料。至於通菜,其實都係辣,質感有d似腐乳通菜,只係冇左果陣腐乳味。食左咁多野其實已經飽到上心口,我就再食唔落,我老婆就再食多個芒果糯米飯就結束啦。
