佐藤養助可說是稻庭烏冬的祖先,在三百多年前開始製造烏冬,是日本飲食文化的遺產。進入明治時期,三代目佐藤常民的烏冬更被宮內省認定是進貢皇室的御用麵。餐廳總是坐滿人,亦受日本人歡迎,當天坐在我2旁的客人都在說日語。點了盛合天婦羅烏冬 (HKD128)和雞腿湯烏冬 (HKD128) ,烏冬呈幼身質感偏軟,可冷吃和熱吃,口感相比一般的順滑很多,雖然價錢不便宜,但能體驗到到皇室的御用麵就是值!除了烏冬是必食外,我十分推薦吉列炸蠔 (HKD78),新鮮飽滿又juicy!
